Located in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis, on the fourth floor of the Washington Avenue Professional Building. Street-level entrance is on Washington Avenue between 8th Avenue North and the Plymouth Avenue Bridge. Visitor parking is available in the adjacent surface lot (first two hours complimentary with clinic validation). The building is ADA accessible with elevator service to all floors.
